Frustrated?
You bet I am! Back in August I wrote a blog about a fabulous offer from RBC- sign up for a special account and be rewarded with a Netbook
After contacting an agent at RBC I was assured that I would qualify for the offer by fulfilling specific requirements. So I spent hours on the phone with the agent signing up for the special account, ordering checks, opening another account for an RRSP, then made umpteen calls to switch my payroll and bills to the new account. I waited patiently for confirmation of my Netbook.
Now I'm told:
"You don't qualify. You needed to switch over from the $4 per month plan to this plan or not have had an account at RBC at all! " This account was set up by them expressly to qualify for the Netbook
AAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHH!
