Don't throw out those extra coupons! "Thar's gold in them thar coupons."
Where to get Ca$h 4 Coupons
Sell coupons you don't need. You won't make a mint, but you can make some extra cash. I've seen coupons listed and sold on Ebay. You can also try a free listing on Craig's list or Kijiji. Be sure to list coupons where they will be seen across Canada. The most effective listings include: product, type of coupon, value, any restrictions, and most importantly- the expiry date. If you have a large number of coupons to sell, set up a blog or website and list your coupons there. Then, you can include a link to your coupons in all your ads. If you list your coupons accurately, and send them out in a timely manner, you can establish a reputation as a trustworthy source.
Pricing
When deciding your price, keep in mind your costs. For example: printing, cost of the magazine, and postage. Decide if you will supply the envelope and postage, or if the purchaser will be sending you an SASE (self addressed stamped envelope). You also want to think about what the market will bear. In other words, what your competition is charging, how rare the coupon is, and how much people would be willing to pay for it. Be careful - if your price is too high, you won't sell any; too low you'll lose money.
Remember - one person's trash is someone else's treasure!
