Silani Provolone - great No Frills Bargain

Silani Cheese blocks are an amazing deal at No Frills this week,so when we arrived,there was only one block of Mozzerella a few mild Cheddar,but a slew of Provolone. We had never tried Provolone,but at $3.88 for 500g,it seemed like a good time to try something new.

Quite by accident we discovered a unique characteristic of Silani Provolone - it peels just like the expensive individually packaged stringable cheese!
