Help! How can I  “surf  lightly”?

I Used HOW MUCH?!!!

Whew!   I’ve used 50% of my 2M and there are still 24 days left in the month. My average 3 month usage has been about 1.5 M. Where did it all go?

Things to Do

1. Download Windows Live Writer Blog
2. Disconnect Internet
3. Check for freeloaders on my line.
4. Don’t let popups suck my bits away.
5. Disable autoruns .
6. Blog offline with Windows Live Writer.
7. Ask you for help!
